Job Description:
1. Operational Support
- Support day-to-day project and logistics operations.
- Coordinate operational tasks under the direction of the Operation Manager.
- Monitor inbound/outbound activities, transport arrangements, and on-site operations.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Warehouse) and external partners.
2. Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and third-party vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Prepare vendor-related documents and assist in invoice verification for Operation Manager review.
3. Documentation & System Management
- Manage shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and POs.
- Support job creation, updating, and closing in systems (SAP/Tango etc.).
- Compile data required for file closing and billing accuracy.
4. KPI Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as OTD, billing accuracy, and costing accuracy.
- Report operational issues promptly to the Operation Manager.
- Support identification of improvement areas and contribute suggestions.
5. Customer & Internal Support
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and provide required operational support.
- Prepare reports and operational analysis as requested by the Operation Manager.
- Support customer KPI reporting and service performance updates.
6. Compliance & Safety Support
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, policies, and HSE requirements.
