As a Project Assistant in Human Resources, you’ll play a key role in supporting initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talent. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth running of HR operations.

What You’ll Do
- Drive HR initiatives and programmes: Support selected projects from start to finish, including preparing data, launching workflows in HR systems, creating engaging videos/slides, and providing administrative and logistical support.
- Enable talent attraction and recruitment: Assist the recruitment team with scheduling interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing onboarding requests for both talent programme hires and experienced professionals.
- Champion onboarding experiences: Engage with new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organisation.
- Support workforce needs: Manage recruitment for temporary or support staff to meet organisational requirements.
- Keep HR operations running smoothly: Administer HR processes, maintain systems, prepare reports, and ensure timely payment processing for procured services.
- Maintain accurate records: Facilitate record‑keeping, update personnel files, and manage data entry in HR systems.
- Track hiring data: Maintain division databases for recruitment metrics.
- Bring events to life: Assist in planning and executing outreach events, including vendor management, logistics, programme coordination, and event communications.
What’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–3 years in recruitment operations, events management, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; meticulous with data; organised and thorough in follow‑through.
- Mindset: Resourceful, proactive, and results‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bonus: Familiarity with recruitment best practices and HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
