Senior Project Architect – Industrial Building Projects

Company background: One of Singapore's leading and established architectural consultancy firm specializing in industrial building projects.

Location: Central

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri (9am to 6.30pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants in implementation of local private and public projects.
• Direct design development towards architectural intent.
• Fulfil client and authorities' requirements.
• Able to plan and deliver work by deadlines.
• Plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and other related facilities.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Architectural studies.
• At least 5 years of architectural experience.
• Good knowledge in design, client engagement and project management.
• Preferred familiarity with industrial building projects.
• Knowledge of local authority by-laws, codes, and regulations.

Interior Design Lead

Location: Sin Ming Lane, Midview City

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am to 6pm)

Salary: $4,500 to $5,000

Job Description

• Design and develop creative and functional interior design concepts for various commercial, hospitality or mixed-use projects.
• Conceptualise innovative ID concepts and possess strong presentation skills.
• Present design concepts, mood boards and material palettes to aid in job procurement and discussion with clients.
• Oversee selection of materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures.
• Attend meetings and conduct site visits to ensure quality control and smooth project progression.
• Work collaboratively with team members of the architectural and landscape team and clients to create and implement a project's design.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
• Proficient in software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe etc.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
