Responsibilities

• Understand and address customer's enquiries/requests for quotation (RFQs) with diligence.
• Gain knowledge and understanding of cooling water-related equipment including its proper operation.
• Attend meetings including clarification meetings, “kick off” meetings, troubleshooting meetings and the likes together with our Customer Service Section and/or customers, as and when required.
• Supervise contractors/sub-contractors regarding site project activities. Service is of utmost importance.
• Respond efficiently to issues onsite including troubleshooting, as and when the need arises.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm (Alternate)

Salary: $3000-$3800

Benefits: AL 14 days, VB & AWS.
