Job Details

• Location: Tuas (US MNC)
• 12 months contract
• Working days: Monday to Fridays (8am to 5:30pm) + OT on Saturdays (OT payable)
• Salary: up to $4300 + OT

Essential Responsibilities

• Logistics Management: Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of all personnel assigned to the project, including OEMs and visitors.
• Timesheet Management: Handle the timesheet management for approximately 20-40 field service engineers (FSEs) at the site, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• SR (NCR) Summary Preparation: Prepare Service Request (SR) summaries for GTG and GTC, a task that is currently very time-consuming and expected to increase in volume.
• Admin Support: Assist in gate pass application includes SSIC training to handle technical aspects effectively.
• Daily & Weekly Report preparation
• Performa invoices prepare
