Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project management and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with day-to-day project administration. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in documentation tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects.
  • Prepare and submit required project documentation to clients in a timely manner, including but not limited to name lists, permits to work, risk assessments, method statements, and OMM.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required to support project operations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in the AV (Audio-Visual) industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with factories and suppliers in China.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
