Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Admin Executive to manage project documentation and assist the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business Administration and at least 2 years of experience in construction administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.   • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Project Admin Executive
  • Location: Islandwide (Depends on project/ site location)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Salary Package: Up to $4,300 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation and ensure timely submissions
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and adjacent community stakeholders.
  • Assist Project Manager with schedules, reports, and meetings
  • Raise and follow up on purchase requests with operations team
  • Prepare monthly worker reports and support staff welfare matters
  • Handle inquiries from the public and support liaison activities with relevant regulatory and governing bodies.
  • Maintain document tracking, filing, and overall project organization
Job Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction administration or site-based roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
