Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Admin Assistant to manage documentation and support project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business Administration and at least 1-2 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual ability in English and Mandarin are essential for communication with clients. Job description
  • Position: Project Admin Assistant (BOQ/Documentation) – Up to $3,500 + AWS
  • Location: Kaki Bukit (Between Ubi & Kaki Bukit MRT)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm
  • Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus of Average 1-2 months + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Dental Benefits + Birthday Allowance

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare/collate documents for submission to consultants/clients; ensure accuracy (reports, certificates, spreadsheets); maintain templates.
  • Issue delivery orders; coordinate suppliers/logistics; track delivery schedules; check goods before delivery.
  • Tally/verify BOQ and assist with BOQ prep for new projects.
  • General admin support for the project team (data entry, filing, photocopying) and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Liaise with project lead and suppliers; coordinate internally to meet timelines.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field (Design/Events background a plus)
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience (mid-career transition welcome)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only converse in Mandarin.
