  • Prepare quarterly reports and present results and project status to stakeholders.

  • Actively support budgeting and forecasting processes, reviewing variances monthly.
  • Liaise with external auditors for statutory and interim audits.
  • Provide insights into project WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
  • Review and process project‑related payments and invoices.
  • Attend project management meetings to provide financial updates and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to project accounting or construction/engineering industries.
  • Strong understanding of project cost control, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
