Job summary

A social service organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate to develop and strengthen partnerships that enhance program delivery for students. The role involves evaluating current partner contributions, identifying new collaborators, and assisting in the execution of programme plans. The ideal applicant will have a Diploma in business, sociology or mass communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Relevant experience in programme management is preferred. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any business, sociology or mass communications discipline.
  • Relevant experience in programme management in a social service sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a partnership engagement framework to expand and strengthen relationships with partners.
  • Conduct evaluations of existing partners and their programmes' impact on students.
  • Assist in developing collaborations with external partners.
  • Identify potential partners and sponsors for programmes.
  • Plan and execute programme plans at the centres.
  • Observe and evaluate programme implementation at centres.

Job scope:
  • To develop a partnerships engagement and development framework to expand the pool of partners as well as to further strengthen the relationship with existing partners.

  • To conduct evaluation of existing partners and impact of partners’ programmes towards the students in our centres.

  • To assist programme team to develop strategic and meaningful collaborations and working relationships with external partners.

  • Identify new and potential partners and sponsors for programmes.

  • Work with the team to plan and execute programme plans at the centres.

  • To observe programme implementation at centres and evaluate its effectiveness.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office

Qualifications:
