Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in the management and operation of tours.
  • Liaise with clients to understand enquiries and requirements.

  • Assist senior management in improving tour management processes.

Education

GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma in Tourism or related field
Job description

Provide administrative support in the management and operation of tours, regular programming and museum related events

Liaise with clients to understand enquiries and requirements

Respond and liaise with clients independently via email

Co-ordinate with attractions and external vendors in planning of tour itineraries

Work closely with senior management to improve the tour management processes and SOPs

Regular statistical analysis: collect, analyse and summarise market/visitorship data and trends

Undertake other essential administrative duties, providing assistance to other internal departments, e.g. training support, staff welfare, and other necessary essential work

Requirements

Possess at least GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma in Tourism or related field

Work experience in a similar field will be an advantage

Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom

Good communication skills (spoken & written), a team player and willing to learn

Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Nature of Work

5-day work week

Must be willing to work weekends / public holidays if necessary

Able to commit to a minimum period of 2 years
