Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training needs analysis and learner profiling based on client objectives and target audience
  • Design learning frameworks and curriculum maps that align with adult learning principles and business performance metrics
  • Develop high-quality, modular course content (digital, blended, and instructor-led formats) including learning objectives, assessments, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises
  • Collaborate with consultants, facilitators, and SMEs to validate technical content and contextualize it for client industries
  • Localize or adapt existing training materials to specific client sectors (e.g., finance, manufacturing, healthcare)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training content through pilot programs, feedback, and metrics, and implement continuous improvement
  • Keep abreast of emerging learning technologies and instructional design trends to ensure innovative delivery
  • Support proposal development and client pitches with learning strategy insights and sample content structures when required
Requirements
  • WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) is required.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and curriculum development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with 4–6 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, curriculum documentation and planning.
  • Strong understanding of B2B learning and development, adult learning theories, and performance-based instructional design
  • Proven experience creating content for leadership development, change management, customer service, or technical upskilling programs.
