Job summary

A museum educational service provider in Singapore is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support and manage learning programs for secondary school students. The role includes coordinating with schools, training museum educators, and compiling feedback for program evaluations. Ideal candidates will have at least a diploma in Arts and Social Sciences and must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends is required. A one-year contract is offered.

Job Description
  • Support the delivery of museum-based learning programmes for secondary school students, including coordination with schools, handling enquiries and bookings, and managing logistics, administration, and procurement.
  • Assist in the training and coordination of museum educators.
  • Support other school programmes and visits, including research and updating educational scripts.
  • Compile, analyse, and present student and teacher feedback in quarterly post-programme evaluation reports.
  • Provide ad hoc support for programmes and events, including set-up and facilitation of activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Arts and Social Sciences, with a strong interest in Singapore’s history and heritage.
  • At least 2 years of relevant programme coordination experience, or a willingness to learn. Experience working with students is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with students in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; writing samples or a written test may be required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays during event periods on an ad hoc basis.

1 year contract (Apr 2026 to Mar 2027)

Monday-Friday. Possible weekend work with corresponding time-off given on weekdays.
