About Us

Autism Association (Singapore) supports adults on the autism spectrum to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. Our Day Activity Centre for Adults provides daily living training, vocational exposure, and community participation opportunities in a supportive environment.

The Role

As a Programme Support Coach, you will work with Homeroom Coaches and Reporting Officers to guide and assist adults with autism in their daily routines, life skills, and community activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of Person-Centred Plans (PCPs) under staff guidance.
  • Assist clients in daily programmes, Adaptive Daily Living Skills (ADLs), and therapeutic activities.
  • Ensure clients’ well‑being and safety, meeting basic needs (toileting, eating, sensory regulation, etc.).
  • Help prepare, deliver, and reset indoor/outdoor activities.
  • Maintain accurate feedback and basic administrative records.
  • Care for programme resources and maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • Support Eden Friendship Club or other Centre activities, typically held on Saturday mornings.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned for smooth centre operations.
Work Schedule
  • 5‑day work week
  • Monday–Thursday: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
  • Friday: 9.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.

  • O Level / ITE / Diploma / A Level holders are welcomed to apply.
  • Able to commit to the required work schedule of working Saturday half day in the morning.

  • Work location during weekday either Clementi or Hougang.
