Job summary

A recruitment company in Singapore is seeking a Programme Administrator to support the processing of internship claims, ensure compliance, and engage with industry partners. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience in education administration. Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential. This is an 11-month contract position with a salary of $3450 per month, requiring immediate availability.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in programme/education administration or operations is required.
  • Experience with claims/grant tracking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Process internship/work-study claims and track PET grant budgets.
  • Maintain programme records, ensure compliance & support audits.
  • Review IMDA course evaluation forms; prepare Director submissions.
  • Support industry & IHL engagement; coordinate TIP Alliance events.
  • Analyse programme data, maintain dashboards and prepare reports.
