Justice Without Borders (JWB) is seeking a Programme Officer for our Singapore office. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable women migrant workers while working with a welcoming team in an exciting regional environment. Key Responsibilities
You will make an impact by executing JWB’s capacity building activities with our NGO and migrant worker partners in Singapore. Work streams include:
1. Programme management
- Leading and executing workshops and research projects for our beneficiaries and/or community partners
- Supporting management throughout the project design and implementation cycle, including:
- Training design and development
- Materials development
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Assisting with localization of awareness-raising and/or educational materials from the regional level
2. Community engagement
- Building and maintaining relations with JWB’s external stakeholders. These include grassroots organisations, government entities, universities, corporate funders and others in the private sector
3. Operational and administrative support
- Managing operational and administration processes, including data management
- Building, training and coordinating teams of student and/or professional volunteers to execute programmatic objectives
- Supporting programme-related funding tasks, including grant reporting and financial reporting
Requirements
- Applicants must be able to live and work in Singapore, without sponsorship from JWB
- 1-3 years of programme management experience in the nonprofit, education, or relevant sector
- Fluent in English, with strong writing, communications, and presentation skills
- University or relevant technical degree in social sciences, communications, events management, or other similar field

- Strong interpersonal skills and can work well in an international/intercultural environment
- Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team
- Interest in being part of an innovative, small non-profit team that is unique in the region, working in a fast-paced environment
- Self‑directed and able to follow through on tasks and responsibilities independently
Nice-to-Haves
- Working proficiency in Tagalog or Bahasa Indonesia
- Previous experience working in non-profit organisations
- Legal, paralegal or migrant worker sector experience
