A local outreach organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of outreach program management experience. You will be responsible for planning and implementing outreach programs, engaging volunteers, and building relationships with residents. Immediate starters preferred. Responsibilities

• Plan and perform outreach programs and interventions
• Conceptualize, propose and implement programs and activities to reach out or attract target groups
• Engage and manage volunteers in conducting programs and mentoring youths
• Cultivate a support network and build working relationships with relevant agencies and volunteers to ensure success of programs
• Facilitate intervention work for residents
• Build trust and instill positive values with residents
• Engage, mentor and counsel residents who reject formal activities so as to build rapport for future intervention
• Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with residents
• Build and engage social networks to identify opportunities for social services targeting youth in particular
• To undertake any other duties specified by Head of Home and/or senior management

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Outreach program management experience
• Immediate starter is preferred
