Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Programme Coordinator to plan and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly. The role involves ensuring programme standards, managing budgets, and facilitating stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in any field, preferably related to social services, and at least one year of relevant experience in programme coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with conducting programmes.

- Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve desired outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
- Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
- Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Manage programme budgets and resources.
- Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
