BROAD FUNCTION
- To plan and support programmes / activities for residents Ren Ci @ Woodlands, manage partners and volunteers, and manage donations to Ren Ci.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Community Engagement Department at corporate HQ to spearhead and expand volunteer base and community engagement through partnership strategies, build relationship with corporations, foundations, schools, groups and individuals.
- Plan, organise and coordinate programmes and activities from internal stakeholders / Departments, partners and volunteers for our Nursing Home (NH) and Senior clients of Care Centre (SCC).
- Develop engagement plan / strategy, and execute the necessary engagement and management of partners and volunteers.
- Provide the necessary administrative and logistical support to the volunteers and partners for the organisation and execution of the programme / activity.
- Take and monitor the attendance of Ren Ci’s volunteers.
- Conduct survey and feedback sessions, if required.
- Support the development of publicity / communication plan and collaterals for Ren Ci @ Woodlands.
- Conduct outreach to potential partners and community groups to seek collaborations and partnership.
- Manage donation and donation-in-kind. All collections received should be properly accounted for and promptly deposited.
- Supervise and manage daily administrative functions.
- Prepare reports, dashboard, statistics and presentation material for internal and external stakeholders
- Organiser or assist in welfare activities as and when necessary
- Drive innovation and work improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by Executive Director
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree in any Fields but preference in communication or relevant fields
- Able to work on weekends
- Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in healthcare industry or eldercare setting
- Strong leadership and management skill
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Able to adapt and use different software applications
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills

- Experience in volunteering or volunteer management is preferred.
