Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, running and implementation of all relevant programs.
- Responsible for active aging wellness club membership recruitment and publicity.
- Establish collaboration with corporate and institutional partners and volunteers/voluntary groups for running of programmes.
- Responsible to achieve active aging wellness club KPIs and reporting of KPIs requirements.
- Liaise with external agencies and grassroots organizations, etc. to tap on external resources and/or publicise programmes from AIC, MOH.
- Responsible for the admin work including maintaining the member database ie Charitas, attendance taking, counter enquiry, cashier operations and monthly report etc.
- Attract, recruit, coordinate and deploy senior volunteers to render volunteer services to community network services, senior care centres, home visitations and areas where services are needed.
- Provide assistance in community network services by referring the needy cases and Case Management if needed.
- Responsible to establish the provision of Assisted Living Services to the needy in the community, and to provide information and referral services for the members.
- Manage the Alarm Alert System during the Centre’s operating hours to ensure that prompt assistance is rendered when necessary. Conduct monthly studio apartment visitations.
- Supervision of Programme Coordinator / Rehab Care Assistant.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder with background and experience in Healthcare Operation/related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in related field.
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal/communication skill and understand the needs of the elderly well.
- Able to lead our elderly for relevant activities E.g. Exercise
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint and ability to adapt to new technology and software.
- May work stagger hours depends on the operations.
