Job Description

The Programme Executive primarily implements initiatives and development plans that align with the organization’s goals and the needs of the community.

Programme Implementation
  • Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements and relevance
  • Identify upcoming trends affecting programme success
  • Follow best practices and new methodologies aimed at enhancing programme impact
  • Follow the service framework for programme work plans, resource requirement, and budgeting
  • Follow procedures for programmes pertaining to community service
  • Plan and collaborate with other organisations to achieve programme goals
  • Support the Reporting Officer in reviewing the alignment of programme to centre objectives
  • Support the Reporting Officer in reviewing effectiveness of programmes
Community Work
  • Implement community outreach events / Coordinate roadshows
  • Deliver social work programmes to meet targeted needs
  • Gather relevant information from different sources
  • Link up community resources
  • Support the team in rendering services to the community (e.g., home visit, medical escort and others)
Volunteer Management
  • Communicate appropriate programme objectives to volunteers as required
  • Provide guidance to volunteers on executing effective programmes
  • Develop a growing team of volunteers to support various programmes
  • Network and build relationships with potential partners that have many volunteers
  • Identify and retain committed volunteers
Compliance
  • Consolidate status of KPIs periodically
  • Ensure expenditure is within the budget
  • Ensure KPIs will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies’ requirement
  • Support the Reporting Officer in preparing monthly / quarterly / yearly reports by preparing the relevant and required information
Ad‑hoc Duties
  • Provide any other support as assigned / required
Qualification & Skills
  • Possess a Degree in any discipline from an accredited institution
