About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Programme Delivery Manager to support the design and delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives for our Client. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of digital projects by collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams. You will drive agile ceremonies, backlog management, solution implementation, and assist in change management efforts to maximize value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Lead AI and digital transformation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and scope adherence.

  • Product Ownership: Translate business requirements into user stories and prioritize based on value and feedback.
  • Change Management: Collaborate on SOPs, training guides, and user communications, and support post-implementation feedback.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and prepare regular progress updates for leadership.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, solution-oriented team culture and contribute to knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
