Job summary

Location: Pioneer
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: $2500 - $3200/month

Job scope
  • Coordinate with prospective students on admission matters, verifying documents and responding to enquiries
  • Prepare materials, compile statistics, and support admission and examination board meetings.
  • Maintain accurate academic and student records in the university’s information systems
  • Develop, update, and manage marketing materials across digital and print platforms.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment activities, including education fairs, webinars, and campus visits.
  • Organize and execute student events such as career fairs and networking sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance; support alumni engagement and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth operations
Requirement
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in academic administration, event coordination, or marketing support
