Job description

The client is a well-established healthcare innovation organization based in Singapore, focusing on transforming healthcare delivery through digital and research-driven initiatives. Below position is open urgently.

Position: Programme Coordinator (Mental Health / Digital Health) (15 months Contract)

Location: Central / West Region, Singapore

Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and daily operations of the internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (iCBT) programme.
  • Collaborate closely with counsellors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth case coordination and workflow.
  • Organise and facilitate onboarding, training sessions, and case consultation meetings for counsellors.
  • Monitor participants’ progress via online dashboards, identify risk or escalation cases, and coordinate timely clinical follow-up with the in‑house psychologists.
  • Coordinate qualitative research activities such as participant interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Collect, compile, and analyse feedback for reporting and quality improvement purposes.
  • Assist in documentation, scheduling, and operational data management related to programme activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated interest in mental health, behavioural science, or digital health initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Good IT literacy and comfort working with digital platforms and dashboards.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and adaptable to evolving project needs.
