A community service organization in Singapore is seeking a Part Time Programme Assistant to engage with residents and ensure their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will uphold the organization’s mission while facilitating activities to foster community and resilience among residents. Candidates should have at least GCE O' level education and possess strong service and communication skills. This role involves working 18 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Programme Assistant (Part Time)
Main purpose / objectives:
The Programme Assistant is part of a care team who is responsible for ensuring order and safety on the ground and engaging the residents in holistic and meaningful activities, equipping them with the resilience to help them overcome their challenges.

The total work is 18 hours per week.
Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:
4 days per week, 1.30pm to 6.00pm.
It is expected that staff will provide full time professional commitment and exercise flexibility in work schedules when necessary (due to meetings / programme needs and events / training). Some evenings, weekends and public holidays, you may be required to work as determined by the needs and demand of the services.
It will be at the discretion of your superior in charge or his/ her assigned representatives to determine whether you will be required to work any unutilised hours according to the operational needs of the programme and within the legitimacy of the employment laws where applicable.
