The role involves planning and preparing schedules for various educational programmes, managing resources, and liaising with clients. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and be ITE certificate holders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
