Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects focused on AML/CFT compliance.
- Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Drive end-to-end delivery, including migration of models to the Model Analytics Platform (MAP).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align scope, priorities, and success criteria.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks (e.g., AI governance, data protection).
- Develop and manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units.
- Oversee data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and UAT for AML/CFT projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to system design and implementation.
- Collaborate with vendors for solution evaluation, selection, and management.
- Provide post-implementation support, including maintenance and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience in IT systems for financial compliance or AML/CFT.
- Strong understanding of data warehouses, data lakes, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with data governance, quality standards, lineage, and metadata management.
- Proven experience in large-scale data migration, validation, and risk mitigation.
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) for reporting and insights.
- Exposure to financial/regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of BCBS 239 principles and ability to translate into deliverables.
- Awareness of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and cross-border data sharing.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and frameworks (e.g., FATF, OFAC).
- Experience managing complex IT projects in regulated environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
