The Program & Partnerships Manager - Mental Wellbeing Portfolio; will report to the CEO of Octava Foundation; other key relations within the organization will be
- The Octava Foundation Team
- The Octava Foundation Chairman and the Board members and advisors
Program & Grant Management
- Support Octava Foundation’s new grantmaking portfolio of Mental Wellbeing programs and outcomes for young children, including sourcing and assessing new grant and investment opportunities, and oversee end-to-end grant administration (due diligence, approvals, contracts, reporting).
- Manage existing grants and programs, track milestones, review reports, and support impact management and learning.
- Conduct research to inform strategy and strengthen portfolio quality.
- Support grantees to strengthen their programs and impact through timely management and technical support
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Support the team in managing relationships with partners, funders, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to Octava events and initiatives for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate key grant-related communications and materials (fact sheets, reports, calls for proposals, meetings).

Expected Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Education, Psychology, or Social Sciences. Business graduates are welcome to apply as well.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in developing partnerships.
- Prior experience in the education and/or social sector is an advantage.
