Join our team as a Program Marketing and Administration Executive to support the planning, promotion, and day-to-day management of education programs. This hands‑on role is ideal for early to mid‑career professionals who are detail‑oriented, quick learners, and keen to contribute across marketing and administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, preparing social media posts, crafting email communications, and updating program websites.
- Support registration management, including monitoring sign‑ups, maintaining attendee lists, sending reminders, and responding to participant inquiries.
- Help prepare program documentation such as circulars, briefings, checklists, and logistics plans.
- Plan and manage information sessions (eg, online webinars) to promote the programs.
- Coordinate basic event logistics—venue booking, catering orders, schedule arrangements, and communications with internal teams and vendors.
- Track and report on attendance and marketing efforts.
- Support administrative tasks including travel booking, office inventory monitoring, and filing company documentation.
- Assist with compliance by ensuring records and documents are accurately updated and organized.
- Participate in project closure activities such as collecting feedback and helping with budget submission.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, events, administration, or education‑related roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Experience in using design and marketing software and applications and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or similar field.
- Experience in education, nonprofit, or event/project coordination an advantage.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
