Job summary

Apple Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Program Manager, Logistics NPI (Finished Goods) for a 12-month contract to lead launch planning and execution across the finished goods portfolio.

You will coordinate global and regional teams to ensure on-time product launches and drive continuous improvement in operations. You will represent Logistics in the NPI team, manage milestones, mitigate risks, and optimize workflows using SAP, WMS, and TMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent relevant practical experience within operations or logistics.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex logistics or operations programs with tight launch timelines.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end finished goods fulfillment and the impact of program changes across global supply chains.

• Launch Planning & Readiness: Develop, align, and execute comprehensive logistics launch strategies across worldwide and regional stakeholders for new finished goods introductions.
• Execution & Risk Mitigation: Monitor critical path milestones, identify bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans to safeguard launch commitments.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central operational bridge connecting Global Logistics, Regional Fulfillment, Operations Leadership, and IS&T.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead post-launch reviews and initiatives to automate workflows and elevate launch playbooks.
• Strategic Operations Initiatives: Contribute to projects that scale logistics infrastructure and enhance customer delivery experiences.

Description

As the Logistics NPI Program Manager, you will represent Logistics within the core Operations New Product Introduction (NPI) team:

• Launch Planning & Readiness: Develop, align, and execute comprehensive logistics launch strategies across worldwide and regional stakeholders for new finished goods introductions.
• Execution & Risk Mitigation: Monitor critical path milestones, proactively identify supply chain bottlenecks, and drive rapid mitigation plans to safeguard launch commitments.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central operational bridge connecting Global Logistics, Regional Fulfillment, Operations Leadership, and IS&T.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead post-launch reviews and operational initiatives to eliminate friction, automate workflows, and elevate launch playbooks.
• Strategic Operations Initiatives: Contribute to forward-looking projects that scale logistics infrastructure and enhance customer delivery experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent relevant practical experience within operations and or logistics.
• Program & Launch Management: 3+ years of experience leading complex logistics or operations programs, with a proven track record of managing scope, schedules, dependencies, and risk under tight launch timelines.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Acumen: Deep understanding of end-to-end finished goods fulfillment and the operational impact of program changes across global supply chains.

• Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated success leading through influence, navigating ambiguity, and driving alignment across multi-disciplinary business and IS&T teams worldwide.
• Process Excellence & Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose gaps, map workflows, and implement scalable, long-term process improvements.
• Systems & Data Literacy: Working knowledge of enterprise logistics platforms (SAP, WMS, TMS, EDI) and proficiency in advanced Excel and project management tools.
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills across diverse cultures and all levels of leadership.
