Are you interested in global supply chain operations, data, and process improvement? AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Program Management Intern to join our Business Intelligence team in Singapore. In this role, you'll help complete a major data platform migration, enhance documentation systems, improve data quality across our logistics operations, and support the business intelligence that AWS's global infrastructure supply chain runs on.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead documentation improvement initiatives across the team's reporting estate, building a documentation baseline that includes a dataset catalog, dashboard inventory, and runbooks
• Coordinate and track open migration items across teams, maintaining a named owner and a target date for each item through to completion
• Support the expanding scope and clean-up of data quality metrics spanning transportation, warehousing, and sustainability
• Help build self-serve data quality tooling so teams can answer their own data quality questions across operational domains
• Manage and track data quality issue resolution across various platforms
• Support business intelligence and data analytics projects, including data preparation for recurring business reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and maintain knowledge management systems
• Assist with reporting system configurations, access management, and operational support
• Support the retirement of legacy data infrastructure through inventory building and decommissioning coordination

A day in the life

You start with the migration tracker: what moved, what is blocked, and who owes the next step. Mid-morning you join the BI team sync, then follow up with the engineers on both sides of the migration to close out open items. Afternoons go deeper: documenting a dataset or dashboard, investigating a data quality issue raised by a stakeholder, or preparing data for an upcoming business review. You end most days having written something down that the team will still use after your internship ends.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in school for bachelor or above degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, graduating between Aug 2027 – Aug 2028
• Interest and background in business intelligence and data analytics
• Excellent business and communication skills, high attention to detail
• Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore.
• Able to commit full-time internship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in program management, supply chain operations, and/or technical documentation
• Familiarity with wiki platforms and documentation systems
• Working knowledge in business intelligence/analytics (e.g. SQL, Python, etc.)
• Exposure to AWS analytics services (e.g. Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, Amazon QuickSight)
• Experience in global transportation and/or logistics operations
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
