Job summary

A leading staffing solution company in Singapore is seeking an Extended Workforce Operations Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of the contingent workforce requisition process. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, an established background in program management, and strong relationship-building skills. This role offers a contract for 12 months with a salary up to $6000. Candidates with knowledge of labor laws and SAP platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

Extended Workforce Operations Specialist Professional will serve as a key liaison between hiring managers, staffing vendors, and internal stakeholders. This individual will manage the full lifecycle of the contingent workforce requisition process—from intake to offboarding—while ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery of talent. The role demands strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational execution capabilities.

Contract:12 Months

Location: Upper Changi

Salary up to $6000

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Requisition Management:
    Oversee the entire contingent workforce hiring process including requisition intake, candidate shortlisting, onboarding, assignment tracking, and offboarding.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams through regular communication and support.
  • Program Monitoring & Reporting:
    Track program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely reporting and escalation of critical issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with IT, HR, Business Intelligence, and other operational teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Onsite Coordination:
    Support onsite activities including interviews, testing, badging, and network access. Address and elevate issues as needed.
  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    Collaborate with staffing vendors to ensure alignment with program goals and participate in training and development initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA in HR preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of sourcing or contingent workforce experience
  • Program Management certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of labor laws, GDPR, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass, SAP, Tableau, and VMS/MSP platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools
  • Industry experience in semiconductor or manufacturing domains
