Job summary

AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own and drive complex onboarding programs across transportation, warehousing, and customs brokerage. You will diagnose root causes, build scalable solutions, and drive execution with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires deep experience in physical logistics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently.

Qualifications

6+ years of related industry experience.
Experience in data analysis using Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent.
Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution for onboarding new programs into the ACL network from intake to go-live.
Establish onboarding reporting cadences (WBR/MBR/QBR) and provide exec visibility on readiness and performance.
Define and improve end-to-end onboarding processes including intake, milestones, SLA, and comms standards.
Collaborate with procurement, global supply management, warehousing, and systems teams to scope, resource, and schedule work.
Lead cross-functional coordination with carriers, suppliers, and partners to resolve blockers and meet commitments.
Build scalable playbooks and documentation to onboard suppliers and programs at increasing volume.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort in supplier enablement, agreements, and reporting.
Develop self-service capabilities and standard operating models including escalation frameworks.
