JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
1.DirectSupporttoSalesManager&Team
- PartnercloselywiththeAPJSalesManagertooperationalizestrategy,manageexecution,andimproveteamperformance.
- Manageweeklysalesrhythms(WBR’s,MBR’s,QBR’s,pipelinereviews,teammeetings).
- ImproveSDRandAEproductivitythroughoptimizedworkflows,tools,andprocesses.
- Actasthe“glue”betweensalesandinternalteamstoremoveblockersandenhancealignment.
2.SalesProcess&EfficiencyImprovements
- Map,audit,andimproveend-to-endsalesprocesses(leadflow,qualification,handoff,pipelineprogression).
- Identifybottlenecksorinefficienciesanddriveprocessre-designs.
- Leadchange-managementeffortstoensureadoptionofnewprocesses,tools,andsystems.
- StandardizeAPJ-widesalesmotionsandensureconsistentexecutionacrosstheteam.
3.SalesProgramManagement
- Designandlaunchregionalprogramstoboostpipelinegeneration,leadconversion,andaccountpenetration.
- Ownershipofoutreachcadences,qualificationframeworks,playbooks,andsalesmotions.
- Workwithcross-functionalpartnerstoexecutecampaigns,runinitiatives,andtrackperformance.
4.Data,Insights&Reporting
- Provideactionableinsightsonpipelinehealth,conversionmetrics,sellerproductivity,andcampaignimpact.
- WorkwithBIAnalysttodesignsalesdashboardsandreportsfortheSalesManagerandleadership.
- Supportforecasting,quotasetting,andterritoryplanningfortheSDRandAEteams.
5.Cross-FunctionalStakeholderCollaboration
- WorkwithMarketingonleadrouting,event-drivencampaigns,andpipelineacceleration.
- PartnerwithRevOpsonCRMimprovements,tooling,datahygiene,andsystemalignment.
- CollaboratewithProductandSolutionstorelaycustomerfeedbackandalignonproductupdates.
- AlignwithSalesEnablementandTrainingSpecialistontrainingstrategies,salesexecutionimprovementprocess.
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
- 4–7+yearsinSalesOperations,SalesPrograms,RevenueOperations,orsimilarroles.
- StrongexperienceenablingSDRand/orAEsalesteams.
- Abletotranslateproblemsintoprocessesanddrivemeasurableimprovements.
- Excellentprojectmanagement,communication,andstakeholder-managementskills.
- CompetentinCRM(Salesforce),salesengagementtools,andanalyticsplatforms.
- Highlycollaborativeandabletoworkcross-functionallyinafast-movingenvironment.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
