Job summary

A leading sales solution firm is looking for a highly collaborative Sales Program Manager in Singapore. This role supports the APJ Sales Manager, driving process excellence and operational efficiency across the revenue funnel. Responsibilities include mapping sales processes, improving team performance, and providing insights on pipeline health. Ideal candidates should have 4 to 7 years in Sales Operations, strong project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. This is a permanent on-site position.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Programs, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong experience enabling SDR and/or AE sales teams.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Support APJ Sales Manager to operationalize strategy.
  • Map and improve end-to-end sales processes.
  • Design and launch regional programs for pipeline generation.
  • Provide actionable insights on pipeline health and productivity.

Wearelookingforahighlycollaborativeandexecution-drivenSalesProgramManagertosupportourAPJSalesManagerandregionalSDR/AEteams.Thisroleisresponsiblefordrivingprocessexcellence,operationalefficiency,andsalesproductivityacrosstheentirerevenuefunnel.

YouwillworkcloselywithSalesLeadershipandpartneracrossMarketing,RevOps,Product,Enablement,andSalesTrainingteamstostreamlineworkflows,implementscalableprocesses,andensurethesalesteamcanoperateatpeakperformance.Thisisacriticalroleinestablishingthefoundationforahigh-performingAPJsalesorganization.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
1.DirectSupporttoSalesManager&Team
  • PartnercloselywiththeAPJSalesManagertooperationalizestrategy,manageexecution,andimproveteamperformance.
  • Manageweeklysalesrhythms(WBR’s,MBR’s,QBR’s,pipelinereviews,teammeetings).
  • ImproveSDRandAEproductivitythroughoptimizedworkflows,tools,andprocesses.
  • Actasthe“glue”betweensalesandinternalteamstoremoveblockersandenhancealignment.
2.SalesProcess&EfficiencyImprovements
  • Map,audit,andimproveend-to-endsalesprocesses(leadflow,qualification,handoff,pipelineprogression).
  • Identifybottlenecksorinefficienciesanddriveprocessre-designs.
  • Leadchange-managementeffortstoensureadoptionofnewprocesses,tools,andsystems.
  • StandardizeAPJ-widesalesmotionsandensureconsistentexecutionacrosstheteam.
3.SalesProgramManagement
  • Designandlaunchregionalprogramstoboostpipelinegeneration,leadconversion,andaccountpenetration.
  • Ownershipofoutreachcadences,qualificationframeworks,playbooks,andsalesmotions.
  • Workwithcross-functionalpartnerstoexecutecampaigns,runinitiatives,andtrackperformance.
4.Data,Insights&Reporting
  • Provideactionableinsightsonpipelinehealth,conversionmetrics,sellerproductivity,andcampaignimpact.
  • WorkwithBIAnalysttodesignsalesdashboardsandreportsfortheSalesManagerandleadership.
  • Supportforecasting,quotasetting,andterritoryplanningfortheSDRandAEteams.
5.Cross-FunctionalStakeholderCollaboration
  • WorkwithMarketingonleadrouting,event-drivencampaigns,andpipelineacceleration.
  • PartnerwithRevOpsonCRMimprovements,tooling,datahygiene,andsystemalignment.
  • CollaboratewithProductandSolutionstorelaycustomerfeedbackandalignonproductupdates.
  • AlignwithSalesEnablementandTrainingSpecialistontrainingstrategies,salesexecutionimprovementprocess.
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
  • 4–7+yearsinSalesOperations,SalesPrograms,RevenueOperations,orsimilarroles.
  • StrongexperienceenablingSDRand/orAEsalesteams.
  • Abletotranslateproblemsintoprocessesanddrivemeasurableimprovements.
  • Excellentprojectmanagement,communication,andstakeholder-managementskills.
  • CompetentinCRM(Salesforce),salesengagementtools,andanalyticsplatforms.
  • Highlycollaborativeandabletoworkcross-functionallyinafast-movingenvironment.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
  • APJexperiencesupportingmultiplecountries.
  • ExperienceinAI,SaaS,enterprisetech,orhigh-growthenvironments.
  • Strongunderstandingofleadmanagement,pipelinehygiene,andforecasting.
  • Comfortablewithambiguityandbuildingprocessesfromthegroundup.
