Overview

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review the business in meeting the financial and operational objectives.
  • Key liaison personnel and manage relationships between customers and internal groups.
  • Interact with customers on business outlook, quality, delivery, product costing, engineering changes and explore new business opportunities.
  • Oversee timely completion of production schedules and new project start-up through efficient coordination of all levels of CFT team.
  • Prepare business forecast, revenue projection and customers quotations.
  • Driver for problem solving to internal and meeting customers’ requirements/expectations.
  • Resolve issues which has financial impact with customers inventory, claims, pricing, AR.
  • Manage, review customer PO, S/O, changes updates and closure.
  • Review MRB/ECN/DN and provide disposition.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in electronics engineering or business management.
  • Min 4 years of working experience in Program.
  • Experience in EMS industry.
  • Knowledge in wire harness, PCBA, and Box build assembly will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and fostering relationships with customers, meeting the objectives with continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English and/or other Asian language.
  • Excellent people skills, project management skills, good business acumen and a team player.
  • High Integrity, Responsible, Proactive and result oriented.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Computer literate, Competent in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to travel domestically from time to time.
  • Must be able to complete job responsibilities while working in a global time zone. Attendance of late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs will be required.
