We believe that telling our story well is just as important as the work we do — and that’s why we’re looking for someone exceptional to join our team.

We are looking for a Programmes Executive – A key team member who will manage relationships with beneficiary and corporate partners, oversee programme execution and logistics, monitor budgets, and ensure impactful reporting.

This role involves coordinating campaigns, maintaining accurate partner databases, and supporting events to strengthen community engagement. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving programme success while ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.

This role will report to the Programmes Manager.

  • Ensure timely communication and coordination between the organisation and beneficiary partners for scheduling, logistics and reporting
  • Schedule and manage logistics for programmes, including distribution days and volunteer engagements
Oversee Programmes Execution
  • Act as primary liaison for corporate partners, understanding their goals and aligning them with relevant programmes
  • Design and implement collaborative campaigns, initiatives or programmes flow based on corporate partners’ objectives
  • Track fund utilisation of corporate partners monetary donation and flag discrepancies
  • Provide feedback to corporate partners on the impact of their contributions and ensure transparency in utilisation
Prepare Impact Reports:
  • Collect and analyse data from beneficiary partners and internal records to quantify programme outputs and outcomes
  • Identify key achievements, gaps and recommendations in each report
  • Design reports in a clear and compelling format tailoring for stakeholders such as donors, management and partners
Maintain Beneficiary Partner Database:
  • Regularly audit and verify information such as contact details, service capacity, locations and operational status
  • Ensure the database is securely stored and easily searchable by relevant team members
  • Use the database to inform planning, distribution logistics and partner performance evaluations
Monitor Programme Budgets:
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to develop programme specific budgets and forecasts
  • Track expenditures against budget allocations, flagging discrepancies or risks of overruns
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining programme quality
  • Provide monthly budget reports or updates to senior management for review
Participate in Company Events:
  • Represent the organisation at roadshows, exhibitions, or community engagement events.
  • Deliver presentations or speak on behalf of the programme, communicating impact and objectives to diverse audiences.
