Job summary

A technology company in Singapore is seeking a driven individual to manage specific products and ensure successful project realization. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant diploma and possess 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relations and managing project costs. Candidates with no experience but a willingness to learn are also welcome.

Job Description

• Program management of specific products to meet customer requirements
• Responsible for successful project realization of new products
• Responsible for excellent customer relations
• Cost management (est. cost < budget cost) of specific projects
• Planning & execution to prepare the organization for production/ramp readiness
• Communication and documentation of engineering changes of the allocated products
• Realization and communication of cost down programs and lead time reduction program with customers
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when required.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years or relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent environment is preferred
• Ability to read and follow engineering blueprints and sketches
• Good program management, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of ERP and experience in the manufacturing industry will be advantage
• We are open to candidates with no experience and willing to learn
