Your Role
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple complex projects for various clients, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and promoting account growth
- Champion PALO IT\'s Gen-e2 AI-enhanced delivery approach to boost team productivity and efficiency while building high-performing teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, adeptly managing complex stakeholder environments and ensuring smooth alignment between technical delivery and business goals
- Contribute to business growth through pre-sales activities, providing delivery expertise, effort estimation, and SOW development
- Partner with cross-functional teams at all levels to establish delivery strategies, manage project risks, and maintain consistent agile practices
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing metrics, optimising processes, and cultivating long-term client partnerships
- Provide people management to consultants and delivery team members, supporting their career growth, performance development, and overall well-being
- Report directly to the country Managing Director on portfolio health, delivery performance, and strategic initiatives

- An experienced delivery professional with a strong record of managing multiple projects and diverse client relationships
- A confident leader who fosters collaboration, boosts team performance, and empowers teams to experiment and innovate
- Experienced people manager, with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and supporting Delivery Leads in the team in their professional growth
- Adept at handling complex stakeholder interactions, balancing various priorities, and ensuring high client satisfaction
- Skilled in agile methodologies with the ability to customise practices based on project size and team needs
- An independent professional who maintains clear communication while appropriately escalating issues
- Enthusiastic about using AI and new technologies to improve delivery processes and team efficiency
- Knowledgeable about Singapore regulations and client governance standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in delivery leadership roles within technology consultancy environments
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with software engineers, product designers, business analysts, and product managers
- Relevant delivery or agile certifications highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience
