Organised, creative and comfortable switching between design work and administrative processing? We’re hiring a Program Coordinator to support the Childminding team with marketing creatives, tenancy coordination and routine financial/claims processing.

Nearest MRT Station: Somerset MRT
Contract: 6 months (possible 6-month extension) — starts January 2026
Salary:

  • Diploma: SGD 2,580 / month
  • Degree: SGD 3,160 / month
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tenancy matters: organise site visits, manage tenancy agreements, upload documents to CMS, and process GIRO payments.
  • Process applications, claims, payments and handle related enquiries.
  • Design marketing materials for the childminding pilot — create infographics, short videos, posters and social media content.
Specific Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree (both considered — salary differs by qual).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Able to learn new systems quickly and confidently upload/maintain CMS records.
  • Strong attention to detail — especially for tenancy, claims and payment processing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
  • Comfortable switching between creative tasks and routine admin work.
