Contract: 6 months (available to start Feb 2026)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm
Pay: SGD $16.00–$18.00 / hour
Qualification: Diploma or Degree
Experience: 1–2 years

About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised program assistant to support the delivery of a high‑profile public program. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of events coordination, volunteer support and light publishing tasks. You’ll be part of a small team delivering ceremonies, VIP visits, roadshows and publicity in the months leading up to the event.

Key responsibilities
  • Support production of a coffee‑table book (photo library organisation, liaising with publisher/writer, basic asset management)
  • Assist with volunteer logistics (apparel, access passes & lanyards, volunteer lounge setup)
  • Help coordinate ceremonies and VIP visits (catering coordination, on‑site support)
  • Support roadshows and publicity activities leading up to the event
  • Perform other ad‑hoc operational tasks as required
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma or Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years experience in events, operations, publishing support or related roles
  • Strong organisation and communication skills; comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented, flexible and able to work well on‑site during setup periods
  • Able to start in February 2026 and commit to the contract duration
