What you'll bring

• Responsible to maintain Salon quality trimming standard, caring and handling of pets
• Able to communicate well with customers and peers
• Possess positive attitude, Perseverance, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Work Ethic and Honesty
• Create a pleasant grooming experience to 4-legged and pet owners
• Highlight abnormalities/health issues of pets to the customers and record observations on the client's file
• Ensure good house-keeping and up-keeping cleanliness of the grooming salon for colleagues, customers and pets

• Handle in-coming calls and enquiries from customers, cashiering, opening &

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of current pet grooming experience
• The ability to perform a minimum 5 full trims daily on several breeds including poodles, cockers, terriers, and similar long-hair texture
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good personal hygiene and appropriate dress
• A respect and appreciation for pets
• No medical or physical conditions which would prevent the successful completion of position duties
• The ability to work independently and within a team
• Must be customer-oriented
