Job summary

The National Heritage Board in Singapore is seeking a reliable driver to provide transportation services and support various logistical needs for the organisation.

You will operate and maintain assigned vehicles, transporting passengers or museum artifacts across Singapore, while ensuring safety, accuracy of records, and professional service. Prior corporate/executive driving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Experience in corporate or executive driving preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore road networks and alternative routes.
• Professional demeanour and excellent service orientation.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required.
• Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading of items.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned vehicles in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols whilst transporting passengers or museum artifacts to various locations across Singapore
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure timely maintenance scheduling
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of assigned vehicles
• Manage daily mail runs and courier services, and assist with loading and unloading of items when required
• Assist in general administrative duties such as checking office supplies inventories and opening the letterbox(es) etc

Skills
