Job summary

GMP Technologies is hiring a Cleaning Attendant (Full Time) to provide cleaning services across office premises and residential buildings in Novena. The role requires performing dusting, sweeping, mopping and waste disposal while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Applicants should have General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning, basic English, and good communication. Training will be provided; incumbent should be diligent, efficient and courteous.

Qualifications

• General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning.
• Able to understand basic instructions in English and communicate to customers.
• Must be able to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste.
• Diligent, efficient and well-mannered worker, willing to learn and be trained.
• Experience in machine cleaning and hotels will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services at office premises, residential apartments and/or building areas.
• Carry out general cleaning and maintain cleanliness using appropriate materials, products and equipment.
• Handle and dispose waste according to standard procedures, instructions and cleaning industry standards.
• Comply with performance standards as well as workplace safety and health policy and procedures.
