Job Title: Production Engineer/Technician (Must Can Read English & Chinese)

We are seeking a skilled, independent, and motivated Production Engineer/Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficiency and growth of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production processes to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, quality checks, and update documentation to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Implementation of process improvements, lean manufacturing principles, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, health/safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment (entry-level candidates with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin language to liaise with machinery manufacturers.
• Proficiency in operating PLC systems, automated packaging assembly lines, or other relevant equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ISO standards is a plus.
