Responsibilities include material preparation, operation of test stations, and documenting experiment data. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in electro-mechanical assembly and testing, proficiency with mechanical tools, and troubleshooting capabilities using advanced instruments. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and performance of fuel cell components.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in electro‑mechanical component assembly and testing.
• Proficient in using mechanical prototyping tools.
• Capable of troubleshooting using electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, assemble and test fuel cells.
• Record experiment data and manage Factory Acceptance Tests reports.
• Operate test stations for components of fuel cell systems.

Skills

Experience in electro‑mechanical component assembly

Hands‑on with mechanical prototyping tools

High skill in soldering, wire stripping and crimping

Troubleshooting skills using DMM and oscilloscope

Able to read mechanical drawings

Familiar with measurement instruments

Job Scope

• Material preparation, assembly and testing of fuel cells
• Recording of experiment data and Factory Acceptance Tests report
• Operation of test stations for fuel cell system components
• Creation of test plans for design verification, component performance evaluation, and characterization of hardware systems and components

Requirements

• Experience in electro‑mechanical component assembly and testing
• Hands‑on with mechanical prototyping tools such as drills, grinders, wrenches etc
• High skill in soldering, wire stripping and crimping, and cable assembly
• Troubleshooting skills using DMM and oscilloscope
• Able to read mechanical drawings and electronic schematics
• Familiar with pressure, temperature and flow measurement instruments/devices
