Job description

Responsibilities

• Set up and validate test machines, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of test equipment, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.
• Support software verification and validation processes.
• Prepare and submit weekly performance reports.
• Troubleshoot and analyze product failures (internal/external) and collaborate with engineers on corrective and preventive actions.
• Streamline and improve testing processes, including creating and updating documentation.
• Collect and analyze data for trial runs, process optimization, and product improvement initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions on test methodologies and procedures as needed.
• Manage purchasing, adjustments, and shipments to support global sites.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, ensure 5S compliance, and uphold EHS standards.
• Support gas phase coating processes and other related testing activities.
• Perform additional tasks and ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Experienced in manufacturing environments
• Basic knowledge of E&E, able to understand schematic drawing
• Basic soldering skill and proficient in MS office tools
• Basic troubleshooting skill
