• Ensure production operation aligns with quality policies and customer requirements.
• Assist in executing continuous improvement plans for cost reduction.
• Take care of workplace health and safety and comply with EHS policies.

Summary

• Location: JooKoon
• Salary: Basic Up to $3000
• Shift Allowance + Transport Allowance + Medical Allowance

• Working days: 4334
• Working Hours: 7.20am – 7.30pm / 7.20pm – 7.30am (Monthly Rotate)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency quality yield and machine utilisation
• Maintain process control and carry out routine check verification and repair work
• Carry out periodic and preventive maintenance programs on both hardware and system software
• Maintain records of maintenance programs including plant equipment such as air compressor vacuum pump transformer and etc
• Assist Engineer in maintaining list of spare parts through timely reviewing to ensure minimum disruption to the production operation
• Ensure production operation meets the company’s quality policy and objectives and comply with customer requirements
• Assist Process Engineer in executing continuous improvement plan to attain cost reduction program for customer and to meet company’s goals
• Assist Production Supervisor in initiating action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity
• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
