The successful candidate will adhere to safety guidelines and perform quality checks, ensuring efficient filling operations. Applicants should have a NITEC in a technical field and 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the chemical or oil & gas industries.

Production Filling Technician (18 Months Contract)

HSE

• Adhere to HSEQ rules and guidelines on the production floor.
• Highlight safety deviations or unsafe acts/situations.
• Propose actions to improve workplace safety.

Quality

• Perform necessary process cleaning/flushing for batch changes.
• Perform continuous quality checks relevant to the operations.

Production Operations

• Adhere strictly to operating standards and norms.
• Perform filling of blended products into various pack sizes from bottles to IBCs in a safe & efficient manner.
• Perform line setup/change between production runs.
• Adhere to all safety and good housekeeping regulations.
• Perform minor troubleshooting to resolve machine stoppages.
• Maintain workplace organization through 5S principles.
• Check and ensure product and packaging materials availability.
• Monitor production performance and quality – Flag out any anomalies to supervisors for analysis and solution.

Qualifications / Experience Required

• NITEC or equivalent in technical/engineering disciplines.
• 2 years in a manufacturing environment, preferred in chemical/oil & gas industries.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills (in English).
• Able to work weekly rotating shift.
• Independent, highly motivated and positive.
