Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot Injection Moulding operation and related equipment.
• Documentation and reporting of hardware issues.
• Familiarity with safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting of Injection Moulding operations and related equipment.
• Conduct inspections as per PQC form requirements.
• Perform checks on products for visual defects every 2 hours.
• Conduct weight checks on water, pack, and carton every 2 hours.
• Perform area cleaning as required.
• Inform Technician or Supervisor of any problems.
• Learn to troubleshoot customized Automated Machinery.

Job Summary:

• Perform troubleshooting Injection Moulding operation & related equipment and performance of daily and minor PM’s.
• Perform Job Change as and when required
• To follow instructions; document and report hardware issue.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting Injection Moulding Operation & related equipment and performance of daily and minor PM’s
• Perform inspection as per requirement stated in PQC form
• Perform 2 hourly check on product for visual defect
• Perform 2 hourly check weight of water, pack & carton
• Perform area cleaning as required
• Follow all safety rules
• Inform Technician or Supervisor of problems
• Learn to troubleshoot customized Automated Machinery
• Other duties assigned as & when required.
