About the role

As a Production Technician at Betzler (Asia) Consortium Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. This full‑time position is based in the North‑East Region and will involve hands‑on work with state‑of‑the‑art machinery and equipment.

What you’ll be doing

1. Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to manufacture high‑quality products
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimise downtime
3. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
4. Ensure all production activities adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards
5. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities
6. Assist with the training and development of junior production technicians

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a production technician or in a similar manufacturing role
2. Technical expertise in operating and maintaining a variety of production equipment and machinery
3. Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
4. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards
